Established in 2001, Poddar Sansthan is a premier NGO based in Rajasthan, dedicated to improving lives through impactful interventions in education, skill development, healthcare, women empowerment, and environment conservation.
Poddar Sansthan is a registered Non-Governmental Organization (Reg. No. 143/Bharat/1997-98), committed to holistic community development across Rajasthan. With over two decades of dedicated service, we have impacted thousands of lives through innovative programs tailored to the needs of the underprivileged.

Poddar Sansthan has successfully executed numerous projects across Rajasthan with a focus on education, women empowerment, skill development, sanitation, and sustainability:
District Poverty Initiatives Project (DPIP)
Supported by the World Bank; implemented in Dausa District; reached 68 villages, formed 272 CIGs, and benefited 2,691 individuals.

The institution is engaged in diverse projects (2023–2025) focusing on women entrepreneurship, skill development, startups, environmental awareness, waste management, and traditional crafts under ICSSR, NSDC, and NTPC initiatives.
Under ICSSR’s Viksit Bharat@2047 scheme (2024); focused on incubation-led development in North-West India.
ICSSR VVB@2047 (2024); impact evaluation on socio-economic and health status of rural craftswomen.
