A Message from the Founder
It gives me great pleasure to introduce Poddar Sansthan, an Indian non-profit organization dedicated to inclusive development and grassroots transformation. Driven by a mission to uplift and empower, we work across sectors including Education, Livelihoods, Entrepreneurship, Poverty Alleviation, Environment, Women Empowerment, Health, Water and Sanitation, Waste Management, and Artisan Training. We also pursue Research and Development in areas like Education, Energy, and WASH to build scalable, future-focused solutions.
At the heart of our work is a firm commitment to helping the underserved become self-reliant, aware, and empowered. True change begins when people are equipped not only with awareness, but also with the tools and confidence to shape their own future. From community mobilization and motivational campaigns to youth training and women's economic empowerment, our work is designed to transform—not just inform.
Empowerment, for us, is an ongoing journey. We envision a society where every person has access to life’s essentials, and where dignity and respect are generational assets.
